Kayla Sullivan

Kayla Sullivan was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She currently pursues her passion in news as a Multimedia Journalist and Fill-In Anchor at WLFI-TV 18 in West Lafayette, Indiana. Prior to her professional work, Kayla interned with WXIN-TV 59 (FOX), WISH-TV (CBS) and WTHR-TV (NBC) in Indianapolis. In May of 2015, Kayla received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication at the University of Indianapolis.  Although she is a general assignment reporter, she covers several beats such as crime, courts and Indiana Statehouse news. Kayla enjoys covering politics and plans to earn a Master's Degree in Political Science within the next decade. She strives to pitch enterprise stories, one of her recent story ideas resulted in a potential state law up for discussion next legislative session.
